This multi-purpose beechwood slicer is perfect for cheese cutting. Practical to use at picnics, home and parties. It has a magnetic fence and (included 2 screws) that holds 4 sturdy cheese knives for cheese spreads and slicing. The knives have polished wood handles and stainless steel blades and attached wire cheese slicing arm with high tension to cut easily into the hardest cheese for thick or thin slices. The narrow plane-shaped blade cuts semi-firm Jack, Cheddar or Jarlsberg as well as soft Brie or Camembert. The wide blade cuts crumbly soft cheese, also shaves or cubes firm cheese. The fork holds cheese in place for cutting or slicing. Also ideal for cutting and slicing aged cheese. The pointed blade breaks aged Parmesan or Romano cheese, firm, crumbly Cheshire or Stilton. All of our slicers are equipped with non-slip rubber feet to protect tabletops.
