Easy to clean: Just hold under warm running water, run knife or fork through cutting slot, wipe with damp soapy cloth, then dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe. To maintain the luster and natural beauty, rub with a soft cloth moistened with mineral or vegetable oil before first use and occasionally thereafter. Measures 9 1/2" x 6" x 7/8".

Although cutting wire has a lifetime replacement warranty, spares are available for only $1.50 each so that, if a wire breaks during a party, you don't need to wait for a replacement to be sent. Otherwise, simply mail us the broken wire with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and we will replace it free of charge.
