Our Cheese Knives feature polished wood handles with stainless steel blades. Three differently shaped cheese knives ideal for cutting any type of cheese�hard, firm, semisoft and crumbly. Pointed blade is for breaking hard, aged parmesan and romano cheeses or firm, crumbly Cheshire and stilton cheeses. The narrow plane-shaped blade can be used for semifirm cheeses like jack, cheddar or jarlsberg and softer cheeses such as brie or camembert. The wide blade is perfect for cutting crumbly, soft cheese and for making cubes of firm cheese.
