Long Cutting Wire Spare
Spare Long Wire for slicers with Cutting Slot = 5 1/2" - 5 3/4" in length. Please measure the cutting slot on your cheese slicer board to determine the wire length you need. Compare your measurement with these below, indicate whether you need a "short" or "long" wire with your order.  This is the replacement wire for our Say Cheese White, Black, and Green Marble Cheese Slicers, for the Beechwood and Butcher Block cheese slicers, and the Metalla Stainless Steel slicer.
