A Slice of Fall September 2017
The warm breezes of summer, sweet smell of freshly mowed grass and longer days to get tasks done. With Labor Day past, and the children are back in school, fall is upon us. Last month we experienced the total solar eclipse and hurricane Harvey back to back. Now we wait to see what Hurricane Irma has in store for us. Let us take a moment in your day to say a silent prayers for all affected by the tragedies of natural disasters.
This year Cheeseslicing.com will have the pleasure of revamping the website with new design with holiday recipes and ideas. Fall is the perfect time to reminisce of summer activities and fun. Go ahead and take that nature walk to explore the various colors and textures of leaves and visit an apple orchard. Who does not like the smell and taste of fresh baked apple pie? One of my favorites! Most stores are filled with pumpkins and Halloween treats and decorations already. At our house we have already begun trimming down finished ferns and bushes as they prepare for a winter's nap. The summer apparel is being laundered and stored away until spring. Time to bring out the sweaters and light jackets. The smell of autumn is filling the air.
Here at Cheeseslicing.com, we are featuring decorative cheese spreaders to set your Thanksgiving dinner table to match any decor. They are wonderful conversation pieces as well as they are functional for cheeses, spreads, soft butters or jam.
These realistic hand-painted spreaders will add a stylish touch to any appetizer or spread. Grapes are appropriate for breakfast, lunch or dinner table setting.
